All transmissions are completely disassembled. Every gear and receiving gear synchro gets inspected and meticulously deburred to eliminate any casting flaws, ensuring the smoothest engagement possible. Then, the entire gear set is sent out for WPC treatment. Upon return, all synchros are replaced with upgraded carbon synchros, all bearings are replaced with upgraded caged bearings, and gear sets are reassembled. All operation and engagements are checked before installation into a freshly cleaned, hot tanked transmission case with your choice of differential; Wavetrac, Quaife, or MFactory (MFactory for ST model Focus and Fiesta only).
